ASI CUP Amendment - A request for a 6-month extension of the effective period of approval to amend an existing conditional use permit for a commercial business on 88.28 acres, located at 990 N. 8000 W., Mendon, in the Commercial (C) Zone. 2. Cherry Hill Ranch Subdivision - A request to create a three lot subdivision on 50.18 acres, located at 2355 E. 11000 N., Richmond, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. Regular Action Items 3. Public Hearing (5:35PM or soon thereafter) - River Side 2 Rezone - A request to rezone 15.47 acres, located at 616 W. 7800 S., Paradise, from the Agricultural (A10) Zone to the Rural 5 (RU5) Zone. 4. Initial Public Hearing (5:50PM or soon thereafter) - Resort Recreation (RR) Zone Amendment - An initial public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to Chapter 17.14, including amending the ordinance to comply with State Code, create development and infrastructure standards for Powder Mountain Resort Master Plan Area, and revise 17.14.120: Appendix A - Approval Process. 5.
