Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold two Public Hearings and its Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 15, 2012 Meeting Called to Order – Pledge of Allegiance First Public Hearing as Advertised - Discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to Approve the Fee Schedule Ordinance Second Public Hearing as Advertised - Discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to Approve the Residential Facilities for the Elderly and Persons with a Disability Ordinance 1. Motion – Close Public Hearings and Proceed with Regular Meeting 2. Public Comments 3. Follow-up and Approval of Minutes dated March 1, 2012 4. Report from Planning Commission 5. Motion – Approval of Home Occupation Business Licenses – Big A Industries, Inc Delightful Images 6. Motion – Approval of the Fee Schedule Ordinance 7. Motion – Approval of the Residential Facilities for the Elderly and Persons with a Disability Ordinance 8.
