Priority: speakers who registered online, then the sign-up sheet at the door before the meeting will be called on a first-come, first-served basis. Citizens from the audience will then have time speak.
Time limit: 3 minutes per individual.
Response: Under Utah state law, the Council cannot debate or take actions on non-agenda items. We will listen and Direct staff to follow
