NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on March 10, 2024. 6. CONFLICT OF INTEREST 7. BUSINESS a. Stefanie Anderson to discuss a request to label books at the Library. b. Consider adopting Resolution 2026-4, accepting the Municipal Wastewater Planning Program Survey (MWPP). c. Review and discuss the Planning Commission's suggested changes to the RM-11 zone. d. Consider awarding the chip seal project to the apparent low bidder. e. Review and discuss current financial statement. f. Consider a request to waive impact fees for a 4-plex at Centennial Plaza to be constructed by the Richfield Crown Home program with funding from the Utah Housing Corporation. 8. OTHER BUSINESS 9.
