Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Midway City Council on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Midway Community Center (160 West Main Street, Midway) and using Zoom (Instructions for participation can be found at www.midwaycityut.gov). Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following items: Southill Bistro / CUP and Local Consent (Megan Dial - Approximately 15 minutes) - Discuss and possibly approve a conditional use permit (CUP) and grant local consent for an alcohol dispensing establishment called Southill Bistro located at 23 North Holly Lane (Zoning is C-2). Recommended with conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission. Ordinance 2026-09 / Churches and Places of Worship (Michael Henke, Planning Director - Approximately 15 minutes) - Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 2026-09 amending Subsection 16.13.370.A (Commercial and Resort Architectural Requirements) of the Midway City Municipal Code regarding architectural standards for churches and places of worship. Recommended by the Midway City Planning Commission. Resolution 2026-08 / FY 2026 Budget Amendment (Nancy Simons, Budget Officer - Approximately 10 minutes) - Discuss and possibly approve Resolution 2026-08 amending the FY 2026 Budget for Midway City regarding audiovisual improvements and other items. Information regarding the above items may be obtained from the Midway City Recorder at 75 North 100 West, Midway (Midway City Office Building). The information will also be posted at https://www.midwaycityut.gov/the-latest/calendar/ the Friday before the meeting.
