NOTICE OF SILVER CLIFFS COMMONS AFFORDABLE HOUSING PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT CREATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 313, Chapter 1, Title 17B, Utah Code Annotated 1953, that on March 16, 2026, the Board of Trustees (the 'Board') of the Land Enhancement and Development Special District (the 'District') adopted a resolution creating the Silver Cliffs Commons Affordable Housing Public Infrastructure District ('PID'), adopting a governing document for the PID, and other related matters. The property within the PID boundary is in Washington County, State of Utah and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Section Line said Line lies North 89°35'32' East along the Section Line 1,438.16 feet, from the Southwest Corner of Section 5, Township 41 South, Range 13 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; Running thence North 01°47'07' East 1,131.64 feet; thence North 67°51'28' East 67.19 feet; thence South 22°00'00' East 120.25 feet; thence South 221.71 feet; thence North 89°31'17' East 206.11 feet; thence South 00°28'43' East 206.67 feet; thence North 89°31'17' East 138.68 feet; thence South 45°28'43' East 70.71 feet; thence South 00°28'43' East 410.00 feet; thence North 89°31'17' East 59.17 feet; thence South 00°28'43' East 156.06 feet to aforesaid Section Line; thence South 89°35'32' West along the Section Line 603.37 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 437,127 Square Feet or 10.04 Acres. Beginning at a point that lies North 89°35'32' East along the Section Line 2,410.77 feet, and North 335.13 feet, from the Southwest Corner of Section 5, Township 41 South, Range 13 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; Running thence North 28°48'09' West 873.11 feet; thence North 61°50'47' East 319.76 feet more or less to the southwesterly line of 900 North Street; thence South 28°48'09' East along said Line 869.49 feet; thence departing said Line South 61°11'51' West 319.74 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 278,591 Square Feet or 6.40 Acres. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person in interest may file an action in district court to contest the regularity, formality, or legality of the Resolution within 30 days after the first date of publication (hereafter the '30-Day Contest Period'). If the Resolution is not contested by filing an action in district court within the 30-Day Contest Period, no person may contest the regularity, formality, or legality of the Resolution after the expiration of the 30-Day-Contest Period.
