- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF THE SPECIAL WORK MEETING OF THE CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MARCH 12, 2023 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 52-4-2, UCA,1953 as amended, that the Central Valley Town Council will hold a special meeting called by Mayor Gary Barney, Thursday, March 12, 2026, at the Central Valley Town Hall, 50 West Center Street, Central Valley, Utah, at the hour of 6:30 pm. Agenda shall be as follows: (1) Departmental budgets for FY26-27 (2) Brooklyn Canal conversion to underground (3) Upcoming water shortage (summer) (4) Discuss proposed tiered rate Posted March 11, 2026. I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING NOTICE AND AGENDA WAS POSTED ON THE UTAH STATE PUBLIC NOTICE WEBSITE, POSTED AT THE CENTRAL VALLEY COMMUNITY CENTER, TOWN OFFICE LOBBY AND DELIVERED TO EACH MEMBER OF THE CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL, DAVID NIELSON, SUSAN OUTZEN, RON CROPPER, JOE REYNOLDS. EMMA JO CADWALADER CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN CLERK In compliance with the Americans with disabilities act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should contact Emma Jo Cadwalader at 435-893-9178 at least 24 hours prior to this meeting. In accordance with Ordinance Number 2015-003 this meeting may be conducted as an electronic meeting according to the procedures outlined in the ordinance.
