- NOTICE OF TIME DATE PLACE AND AGENDA MINERSVILLE TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION The Minersville Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing followed by a regular Planning and Zoning meeting on Monday March 23, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. Public Hearing: 1. Open the public hearing stating time and date 2. Explain this hearing is to consider a zone change from Single Family Residential to Commercial for Todd & Robyn McMullin, Parcel #04-0004-0058 located at 30 West 100 North, Minersville Utah. 3. Take public comments 4. Close public hearing Regular Meeting: 1. Call to order and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting 2. Todd McMullin property zoning recommendation. 3. Taylor Pearson: Discuss conditions use permit and possible zoning change at his property on 300 W 400 S 4. John Martinez: Discuss property options 5. Commercial zoning 6. Other business Blake Harrison Discuss property rezoning 350 S 100 E Notice: The Planning and Zoning Board may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended.
