PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE EMERY COUNTY, UTAH RE: Proposed Property Transaction of Parcel 04-0019-0030 between Emery County and Valar Atomics Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated § 17-78-103, notice is hereby given that the Board of Emery County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on April 7, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., during a regularly scheduled County Commission meeting to be held in the Emery County Commission Chambers located at 75 E Main Street, Castle Dale, UT. The public hearing will be held in order to receive public comment regarding the proposed sale of real property identified as Parcel No. 04-0019-0030 to Valar Atomics. The proposed sale price shall be based on the fair market value of the property, as determined by the average of two independent appraisals. The hearing will be held at the Emery County Administration Building. Interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments regarding the proposed transaction.
