ORDINANCE NO. 03-18-2026-A: AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PAYSON CITY DRINKING WATER IMPACT FEE FACILITES PLAN AND THE DRINKING WATER IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS; AND ENACTING DRINKING WATER IMPACT FEES.
