Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs).

5.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Zoning Map Amendment: Guy Williams on behalf of several landowners is requesting a zone change from the MH-1, Mountain and Hillside Zone to the MH-2, Mountain and Hillside Zone on the following Utah County parcels 30:078:0066, 30:078:0316, 30:078:0055, 30:078:0056 south of the Gladstan Golf Course. The intent of the zone change request would be to develop an executive large lot subdivision.
