NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Nordic Valley Water and Sewer District (aka Nordic Valley Sewer Improvement District) (the 'District') will hold a public hearing at a special meeting of the Board scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as public comment can be received. Consistent with the requirements of the Utah Open and Public Meetings act and the District's Meetings Policy, the meeting will be held entirely by electronic means.

The purpose of the public hearing is to:
Amend Budget for 2026. Receive public comment on the adoption of a proposed Amended Budget for the calendar year 2026, ending December 31, 2026. All members of the public are invited to attend and give comments on the proposed amended budget.
A true and correct copy of the proposed Amended 2026 Budget is attached to this Notice.

After the public hearing is completed, the District Board of Trustees may adopt a resolution to adopt the proposed Amended 2026 Budget, may amend the proposed amended budget, or may take such other action with respect to the amended budget as deemed appropriate and in the best interests of the District.
