Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONE CHANGE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ballard City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 7, 2025, at 6:15 p.m. at the Ballard City Offices, 2381 E. 1000 S. Ballard, UT, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning proposed Zone Change. A zone change from C3 to RM 1, RM 2 (Residential Multi-Family) is being proposed at approximately 968 N 3500 E, Ut Parcel #170430027. The purpose for the zone change is to propose a future development of Residential Homes along 1000 N. All members of the public are invited to attend. Compliance with the Americans With Disability Act. Individuals needing special accommodation during these hearings should notify Secretary Tasha Crum at 435-722-3393.
