- Public Notice The Hurricane City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing during their regular meeting at the Hurricane City Office 147 N 870 West on March 26, 2026 commencing at 6:00 p.m. to take comments on the following: 1. A Zone Change Amendment request located on a portion of approx.. 630 S 60 E from RA-1, residential agriculture one unit per acre, to R1-10, single family residential one unit per 10,000 square feet. Parcel number H-362. Details for these applications are available in the Planning Department at the City Office, 147 N. 870 West. If you would like to make comments, please plan to attend the meeting or provide written comments to publiccomment@cityofhurricane.com or to the Planning Department at the above address for the Planning Commission's consideration by 3 p.m. the day of the meeting.
