The Mayor and City Council of Helper City,
A Municipal Corporation will hold a special meeting
on the 19th day of March 2026.
At the Council Chambers
19 South Main, Helper, Utah.
The meeting shall begin at 5:30 pm.
Agenda
1- Call to order.
2- Roll call.
3- Discussion and possible approval film permit for S&H Films.
4- Discussion and possible approval of intent to surplus real property at 69 South Main Street in the best interests of Helper City.

I, Cole Stapley , Helper City Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 17th day of March 2026 at City Hall, helpercity.gov, and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such a meeting.
