NOTICE OF A REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 13th day of March 2012. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Dearden B. Pledge of Allegiance - Nate Pierce C. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Gibson D. Presentation Presentation of the Seal of Service Award to Letitia Toombs from the Weber County Attorney’s Office. E. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of Purchase Orders. 2. Request for approval of Warrants. 3. Request for approval of the minutes for the meeting held on March 6, 2012. 4. Request from the Weber County Elections Department for approval to surplus three AccuFeed Units. 5. Request from the Weber County Recreation Department to surplus a Scoreboard. 6. Request from the Weber County Sheriff’s Office to surplus a Med-Cart. F. Action 1. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and William Albright and Ryan Bushell to provide indigent legal defense services. Presenter: Dave Wilson 2. Request for approval of an Interlocal Agreement by and between Weber County and Ogden City Corp. for temporary construction access for Weber River Bank Restoration at about 24th Street and Weber River. Presenter: Reed Richards 3. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Renovo Software for additional paid visits for inmates and inmate email capability. Presenter: Reed Richards 4. Request for approval of the Weber County Policy and Procedure on the use and rental of the Weber Center Conference Rooms. Presenter: Dave Wilson 5. Request for approval of RAMP Board recommendations for 2012 RAMP Awards. Presenter: Meg Naisbitt G. Assign Pledge of Allegiance and Thought of the Day for Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. H.
