- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MILLARD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AMENDMENT APPLICATION # Z-2026-015 Requesting a Zone Change from Agriculture to Heavy Industrial Notice is hereby given that the Millard County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Millard County Offices located at 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment application to change the zoning of the property described below and located approximately 11000 N 400 W (Holden) from Agriculture (AG) to Heavy Industrial (HI): W1/2 & W1/2 SE1/4 SEC 31, T18S, R4W, SLM Approximately 400.00 acres [APN 5239] W1/2 NE1/4 SEC 31, T18S, R4W, SLM Approximately 80.00 acres [APN 5236] W1/2 E1/2 NE1/4 SEC 31, T18S, R4W, SLM. Approximately 40.00 acres [APN 5235] E1/2 E1/2 NE1/4 SEC 31, T18S, R4W, SLM. Approximately 40.00 acres [APN 5235-1] E1/2 SE1/4 SEC 30, T18S, R4W, SLM. Approximately 80.00 acres [APN 5234] A copy of the application for the proposed zone change is available for review and inspection at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, and the Millard County Clerk's Office, 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6; Fillmore, UT.
