NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND AMEND AN IMPACT FEE WRITTEN ANALYSIS
Clearfield City, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, located in Davis County, Utah, intends to commence the preparation of an independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Analysis to update the City's Park Impact Fee Facility Plan and Capital Facilities Plan of its Parks funds and therefore, pursuant to the provisions of §§11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, as amended 2023, notice is hereby provided to you of the intent of Clearfield City to amend the Parks' Fund's Impact Fee Analysis to update the City's Park Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Capital Facilities Plan. The impacted area is situated generally in or near Clearfield City's corporate limits.
Interested parties are invited to provide information to be considered in adopting the Impact Fee Facilities Plan or Impact Fee Analysis.
