- CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE Holden Town Hall, Holden, Utah Thursday March 26, 2026 6:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. The Fillmore City Council will be attending a public meeting organized by UAMPS where future power projects in Millard County will be discussed. The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Holden Town Hall on Main Street in Holden, Utah.
