- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING re: Amending 2026 Local Building Authority Budget MONDAY, MARCH 23 11:30 A.M. Pursuant to UVA 17-63-402 NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of the Emery County Commissioners will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. during a Special Meeting of the Emery County Commission to receive public comment on re-opening and amending the 2026 Budget of the Emery County Local Building Authority This Special Meeting and Public Hearing shall take place at the Emery County Administration Building, in the Commission Chambers, located at 75 E Main Street, Castle Dale, UT 84513 The proposed budget amendments will be available for public inspection in the Emery County Clerk/Auditor's Office during regular business hours 9:00 a.m.-5:00p.m. Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Published on the PNW and the Emery County Website on March 16, 2026
