The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2026-05, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 17 'Zoning Regulations', Chapter 17.100 'Site Development and Landscaping', adding Section 17.100.080 'Dedication of Right-of-Way Width'.
