- The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 6:30 pm to discuss: 1) A Conditional Use Permit Application submitted by William Jensen to have a business in the storage sheds located at 708 E 600 S, and 2) A Kennel Conditional Use Permit Application submitted by Nikkol Christiansen, of 645 S 600 E to have three dogs. The hearings will be held in the River Heights City Building located at 520 South 500 East. Written comment, addressed to Commissioner Keenan Ryan, will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
