NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stansbury Park Improvement District will hold its Board
Meeting on March 17, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the Stansbury Park Office, 30 Plaza. One of the three Board
Members may participate in and join the Board Meeting electronically. The agenda will be as follows:
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. REVIEW AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL FOR UTAH RETIREMENT SYSTEM-4O1K/457B
EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE MATCHING CONTRIBUTIONS
3. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE 2025 MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER PLANNING
PROGRAM SURVEY
4. REVIEW 2026 LEGISLATIVE BILLS. HB 19, 60, 501, 489, AND SB 46 AND 250.
5. REVIEW TOOELE COUNTY DEVELOPMENT LETTER- UTILITY TRENCH INSPECTION

ANY SETTLING OF TRENCHING ON SPID
