Notice is hereby given that the Bluffdale City Youth Council will hold a coordination meeting Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible.
1. 5:00 pm - Youth Council Leadership Meeting
2. 5:30 pm - Welcome and Introductions- Isabel Flynn - Youth Council Mayor
3. 5:34 pm - Approval of previous meeting minutes - Cade Blackham - Youth Council Secretary
4. 5:36 pm - TLT Survey Announcement - Kjersti Jarman
5. 5:46 pm- Ice breaker - Cade Blackham
6. 5:48 pm - Introduce our new Advisor - Katie Biehler
7. 6:00 pm - Previous Months Event Recap -
- Bingo Night- January 29th
- Little Miss Tea Party- February 14th
- Youth Council Dance - February 20th
- USU Youth Conference - March 5th-7th
8. 6:10 pm - Upcoming Events that need input for preparation
- Events in the next 30 days
o Easter Egg Hunt - April 4th
8:00 AM - Youth Council hides eggs
9:15 AM - Bunny arrives (Lucas) and stays until 11:30 AM
9:00-10:00 AM - Two youth at each station holding signs (maps will be provided)
10:00 AM - Two youth helping with prizes on the stage
Donuts and water will be provided for volunteers
Make up opportunity for missed hours
We need a minimum of 8 volunteers
We need 2 in each station there are 3 stations plus 2 at the prize table

o Senior Recognition - City Council - March 25th - 6:00?

We need a design team for it
We want as many youth council there as we can
Decide what activity what we will do - last year we did balloon animals
o Price Leadership Conference - May 15-16
Register deadline was the 16th
