NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main St, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A request for a Planned Development (PD) amendment to the Atkinville Interchange Area Planned Development Commercial (PD-C) zone. The request specifically relates to the hotel portion of the Mojave Crossing project approved in 2025. The applicant is proposing adjustments to the southeastern portion of the hotel and the amenity area. Minor parking adjustments are also proposed to accommodate these changes. No other changes to the site or the other approved buildings are proposed. The property is located at the intersection of Pioneer Road and Nighthawk Drive. The applicant is TJN Development, represented by Tucker Nipko. The project is known as Mojave Crossing (Case No. 2026-PDA-007). Click or tap here to enter text.
