PUBLIC NOTICE; hereby given that the East Duchesne Culinary WID Board of Trustees will meet in a combined Working and Regular meetings on Thursday, March 19, 2026, beginning at 7:30 PM at the Duchesne County Event Center at 60 West 400 South in Duchesne, Utah, for the purpose of discussing the following:
- Welcome
- Public Comments
- Discussion & Consideration of the Utahn Tank
- Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss:
1. Character, Professional Competence, Physical, Or Mental Health of an Individual.
2. Collective Bargaining.
3. Pending Or Reasonably Imminent Litigation.
4. The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, Or Lease of Real Property.
5. Deployment Of Security Personnel, Devices, Or Systems.
6. To Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct.
- Consideration to take action that was discussed under closed meeting.
