NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fruit Heights Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 7 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 910 S. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights, Utah, 84037.
PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Fruit Heights Planning Commission will consider a proposal to rezone approximately 2.48 acres from R-1-12 (Single Family Residential) to A-1 (Agricultural)
The parcels in question are owned by the HOA and are located adjacent to 1149 S Mountain Road and Hidden Springs PKWY.
