NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY JSPA (Jordanelle Specially Planned Area) PLANNING COMMITTEE will hold a Public Hearing on March 26, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider the below listed items:
NOTE: The JSPA Planning Committee meeting will be held in person as well as online via Zoom.

Jackson Engineering requests a Conditional Use Permit to relocate an existing sewer lift station to a new site in the Stillwater Master Association open space at approximately 1350 West Rail Trail Road (just north of the Stillwater Development and south of the Keetley Road intersection) on the east side of the Rail Trail Road in the Jordanelle Specially Planned Area (JSPA).
