Pursuant to Utah Code ยง 20A-16-502, Cache County provides the following notice for voters covered by the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA). Election Dates Primary Election: June 23, 2026 General Election: November 3, 2026 UOCAVA Eligibility UOCAVA applies to members of the Uniformed Services, Merchant Marine, eligible family members, and United States citizens residing outside the United States who are eligible to vote absentee. The following offices may appear on the ballot for Cache County voters, subject to candidate filing, certification, and party nominations: United States House of Representatives: District 2 Utah State Senate: District 1 Utah House of Representatives: Districts 1, 2, 3, 5 State Board of Education: District 1 County Offices: Attorney, Clerk, Executive, Sheriff, Council Districts 2, 3, 5, 7 Cache County School Board: Districts 2,4, 7 Logan City School Board: Districts 3,5 Special Districts: Cache County Water Board (Districts 3, 5, 6, 7, At-large), Cache County Fire District (Northeast, South, North, Southeast, At-Large)** Judicial Retentions: Utah Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, 1st District Court, 1st District Juvenile Court, & Justice Courts Link to State and County Candidate Filings: https://www.cachecounty.gov/elections/candidatedeclarations.html **Subject to County Council Approval of the Fire District Covered voters who have submitted a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) but have not received their official ballot in time to vote may use the Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot (FWAB). When completing the FWAB, voters must write the office sought and the name of the candidate for each office being voted. For ballot propositions, voters must clearly indicate their choice (for example, 'Yes' or 'No').
