**Amendment** Notice of Public Meeting ** The conditional use permit will also include extended hours beyond the previously allowed 6:00am to midnight. Applicant is requesting for the hours of 5:00am-11:00pm Monday thru Thursday and 5:00am - 12:00am Friday and Saturday** NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 19th at approximately 6:15 p.m., the Sandy City Planning Commission will hold a public meeting regarding a conditional use permit submitted by Scott Cervenak, on behalf of Pinkbox Doughnuts on the property located at 10235 S. State St. The request is for arcade use in the CBD zone and extended hours in order to open at 5:00am. All application materials and a full staff report for this item can be found at https://sandyutah.legistar.com (typically the Friday preceding the meeting date). This meeting will be conducted both in-person in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 10000 S. Centennial Pkwy., and via Zoom Webinar (see details below). Interested parties may attend and participate in the meeting either in-person or by accessing the meeting using the Zoom webinar link below. Attendees wishing to comment who are participating virtually must have a microphone connected to their device (smartphone, laptop, desktop, etc.), otherwise you'll only be able to view the proceedings. A listen-only option is also available by telephone using the phone numbers provided below. This notice is being sent to known property owners within 500 feet of this proposal.
