Description/Agenda: The Brian Head Town Council adopted the Elk Drive Special Assessment Area (SAA) Final Assessment Ordinance and received the Board of Equalization's report during their regular meeting held on March 10, 2026 beginning at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter. The Final Assessment Ordinance is attached for public inspection. If you have any questions, please contact the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov during normal business hours Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
