- PARAGONAH TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Paragonah Planning Commission will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, UT. This is the only time the public will have the opportunity to comment on the Ordinance 26-1, An Ordinance Amending Title XV Section 153.009 Maximum Height of Fences, Walls, and Hedges. A copy of the Ordinance will be available for inspection by the public at the Paragonah Town Hall, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The public is invited and encouraged to attend. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this hearing should contact Paragonah Town at (435) 477-8979, no later than 48 hours prior to the hearing.
