Notice is hereby given that the Bluffdale Arts Advisory Board will hold a meeting Saturday, March 14, at Bluffdale City Fire Department, 14895 Noell Nelson Dr Bluffdale, Utah, scheduled to begin at 8:00 am, or as soon thereafter as possible.
REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING 8:00 A.M.
1. Welcome and Roll Call
2. Approval of meeting minutes from February 14 meeting
3. Committee Updates (10 minutes each-Firm)

Organ removal
Discussion on who can advertise at Bluffdale shows.
What to do with the outdoor curtains- put in the storage unit?
Stage is under warranty and needs to be returned.
We have the outdoor stage for when Frozen Jr. was scheduled. Should we do something for the 250 year celebration?
5. Schedule next clean up date for basement.
