Why: To receive public input
The City Council will consider a proposal to rezone 3.71 acres at 1201 16th Street from R-2 (Single-family and Two-family Residential Zone) to R-2S/CO (Small lot Single-family, Two-family, and Townhome Residential, with Conditional Overlay). The rezone would allow a group-dwelling type development, with 42 single-family townhomes platted for individual ownership.
Copies of the proposal are on file for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder and may be found on the City website at www.ogdencity.com/publicnotice.
Those interested in the proposal are encouraged to provide public input through one of the following means: in person, via Zoom, voicemail message at 801-629-8158, online at www.ogdencity.com/publicinput, or through email to citycouncil@ogdencity.com. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearing.
