Dinsdale Water Company Inc. hereby gives notice under Utah Code Ann. ยง 57-13a-104 that it intends to permanently abandon that portion of its Recorded Notice of Easement for the prescriptive easement, and the ditch thereon, that is located on the following parcel in Weber County, State of Utah:
Parcel ID No.: 12-125-0024 which is more particularly described as:
PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH,RANGE 1 WEST, SALT LAKE MERIDIAN, U.S. SURVEY: BEGINNING ONTHE EAST LINE OF GIBSON AVENUE NORTH 0D58' EAST 1313.19 FEETFROM THE NORTH LINE OF 17TH STREET, AND NORTH 89D19'33' EAST584.12 FEET AND SOUTH 0D58' WEST 401.09 FEET FROM THENORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID QUARTER SECTION; RUNNING THENCE SOUTH89D02' EAST 613.44 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 7D00' EAST 28.3 FEET;THENCE SOUTH OD58' WEST 151.54 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89D02' WEST6 l 7.36 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0D58' EAST 178.57 FEET TO THE PLACEOF BEGINNING. The approximate location of the unrecorded prescriptive easement located on Parcel ID No. 12-125-0024 that Dinsdale Water Company Inc. intends to abandon by this Notice is set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and expressly incorporated as part of this Notice. This prescriptive easement has been recorded with Weber County through a Notice of Easement Document Entry No. 3319576.
This Notice applies solely to the prescriptive easement located on the above-identified parcel, as identified in Exhibit A. Nothing in this Notice abandons or relinquishes any right or claims by Dinsdale Water Company to any other prescriptive easements, or any portions of prescriptive easements, that are not located on the above-identified parcel or depicted in Exhibit A. This Notice is not intended not impact or affect any other easements located on the above-identified parcel.
