Description/Agenda: ORDINANCE NO. O-07-2026 AN ORDINANCE OF EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY, UTAH, REZONING CERTAIN LANDS KNOWN AS QTS-SCL 2 PREAMBLE WHEREAS, the City Council of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, finds that it is in the public interest to Rezone certain lands known as QTS-SCL 2, as set forth more specifically in Exhibit A. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Eagle Mountain City, Utah: 1. The City Council finds that all required notices, public hearings, and other requirements have been completed for the City Council to consider and approve a rezone of certain lands known as QTS-SCL 2, as set forth in Exhibit A. 2. The lands depicted and described in Exhibit A are hereby rezoned to the density and uses as set forth more specifically in Exhibit A. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its first publication or posting. ADOPTED by the City Council of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, this 3rd day of March, 2026.
