ORDINANCE NO. O- 06-2026 AN ORDINANCE OF EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY, UTAH, ENACTING CHAPTER 2.65 OF THE EAGLE MOUNTAIN MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING A SENIOR CITIZENS ADVISORY BOARD PREAMBLE WHEREAS, the City Council of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, finds that it is in the public interest to establish provisions governing the Senior Citizens Advisory Board; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to enact Chapter 2.65 of the Eagle Mountain Municipal Code to provide for the creation, terms, duties, and operation of the Senior Citizens Advisory Board; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Eagle Mountain City, Utah: 1. Chapter 2.65 of the Eagle Mountain Municipal Code, entitled 'Senior Citizen Advisory Board,' is hereby enacted as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its first publication or posting. ADOPTED by the City Council of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, this 3rd day of March, 2026.
