Town of Goshen Council Goshen Town Hall February 10, 2026 Town Council Meeting 7:00 PM A. Pledge of Allegiance- Randy Thomas B. Prayer - Charles Pipkin C. Disclosures- N/A D. Public Input/ Reports, Non agenda items (limited to three minutes)- Dave Okelberry had a concern about the grass fire and recommends there should be a set of bolt cutters in every fire truck. And second, noticed by pulse point when call went out for the fire it took 15 minutes for a truck to show up. Dispatch should page out other agencies when no one responds from Goshen. Steven explained that on structural fire, multiple agencies will be called out, he will take notes and ask those questions. 1. Approval of Minutes- January 13, 2025- Charles motions, Jonathan seconds, all in favor 2. Sergeant Dutson with UCSO- Monthly STATS- Dutson read off stats, will have paper for minutes 3. Council Updates- Jonathan - brought up know who will be assigned to the water association, and representing that. Randy- tires have been taken up to the dump. And they will accept tires with rims. Alisha and Charles has not updates Steven- fill station update-just waiting on it. Has new transportation map to hang up in hall. F. Adjournment to work session -Charles motions, Alisha seconds, all in favor. Work Session: Council assignments: Water- Steven Fire- Steven SUVSWD- Steven P/Z- Jonathan SUVWA- Alisha Transfer Station- Randy Roads- Charles Dispatch 911-2nd tuesday- Charles Recreation- Alisha/Randy Celebration- Jonathan
