Description/Agenda: Bluff Water Works Special Service District Meeting Minutes for Jan 14, 2026 Called meeting to order: 7:00 In attendance: Marx Powell, Amer Tumeh, Mike Yearous, Brandt Hart Jennifer Davila Absent: Steve Simpson Audience:Britt Hornsby, Gary Haws Approval of minutes: Hart: motions to approve the minutes with changes discussed Yearus: seconds Passes unanimously Community Input: Culinary Water: Powell: The system is running well, everything is working well on the plant. Powell has been working with UDOT to get the repairs made on water lines due to road construction on 162 near the wells. The valve boxes have been repaired on 2nd E after they got hit in road construction. Unfinished Business: Water Meter Applications: None Meter Report: Nothing to report Bills to Pay: See Treasures Report Tumeh motions to pay the bills as presented Yearus seconds the motion Passes unanimously Other: The Rural Water conference will be in St George on Feb 23-27 Next meeting: Feb 11th, 2026 Meeting adjourned: 7:10
