Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday March 11, 2026 25880 N 9000 W 7:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its Town Council meeting on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: Prayer Pledge: Public comments, limited 3 min per person 1-Action item-Discuss and vote on New Town Council Member.-Swearing in new council member 2-Action item- Review and approve minutes of January 14, Feb 11, 2026 Town Council meeting. 3-Action item- Review & approval of January 14, 2026-March 11, 2026 Bills/Payroll 4-Action item- Review financial report, bank reconciliations and Water adjustments or write offs. 5-Information items- Position openings for 1 or 2 Planning Commission openings, New Enbridge gas connections for Town office, Fire station, town Chlorinator. Prowler along 8800 N. Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson Action item-Vote on water meters Roads- Planning and Zoning-Terra Bell Update Parks- Mariah Huggins-Action Item- Approve budget for Easter egg hunt Mariah Huggins- Action Item-Approve wood chip purchase Sheriff's Office Fire Department Adjournment
