Consideration, Discussion, and possible action on amending zone map regarding parcel HD-SHCR-4-8, commonly addressed as Jessop Ave & Redwood St., Hildale, Utah from Residential Agriculture (RA-1) to Residential Single-family (R1-10). 10. Consideration, discussion and possible approval of proposal of professional services for Public Defender. 11. Consideration, Discussion, and Possible Approval to Amend the Schedule of Rates and Fee . 12. Consideration, discussion and possible approval of the Williams/Upper Mesa SSD/Hildale City/ Easement Agreement. 13. Consideration, discussion, and possible action concerning a large purchase for pulling the pumps and motors from Wells #4, #8 & #10 and have Cluff Drilling provide CCTV camera footage before and after brushing and swabbing with acid descaler as part of our well maintenance program with a not to exceed bid of $55,000.00.
