PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN. The Planning and Zoning Commission of Orangeville City, Utah will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on February 10, 2026 at 6:30 pm to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth.

3. Approval of minutes
4. Citizen Concerns
5. Nomination/Approval: New Planning and Zoning Chairperson
6. Approve/Deny: Applications for position on the Planning & Zoning committee
7. Approve/Deny: Business license for First Choice Carpentry - Travis Nielson
8. Approve/Deny: Business license for Walley's Roadside Grill
9. Discuss/Consider: Updating the standard of mobile homes allowed into mobile home parks.
10. Discuss/Consider: Short-term rentals inside primary residences
11. Approve/Deny: Updating City Code for business license renewals that are past due.
12. Discuss/Consider: Business License fee for Short-term rentals owned by non-residents.
