NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular Council Meeting on Wednesday, March 11,2026 at 102 N 100 W Wellington, Utah. The meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a regular meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 2. Public Comment Period 3. Generic emails 4. Bethany Perea- Data centers detention centers in scope w/ general plan 5. Colton Howes - rent field next to park 6. Annexation changes on plan already approved last council session 7. Action Alert - regarding SB 97 8. Contacting legislature regarding state bills for new laws 9. Possible Closed Session to Discuss the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual 10.
