- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 5, 2026, the Farr West City Council (the 'City Council') passed Ordinance No. 2026-05 adopting the Farr West Landing Community Reinvestment Area Project Area Plan (the 'Plan'), as approved by the Community Reinvestment Agency of Farr West City (the 'Agency'). 1. Summary of Ordinance: Ordinance No. 2026-05 designates the Farr West Landing Project Area as an official Community Reinvestment Area, authorizes the Agency to carry out the Plan, and directs that notice of adoption be provided as a Class A notice. 2. Public Inspection: The adopted Plan and the adopting Ordinance are available for public inspection online at https://farrwestcity.net/community-reinvestment-agency.html or during regular business hours at the Agency's office located at: Farr West City Hall 1896 North 1800 West Farr West, UT 84404 3. Effective Date: Pursuant to Utah Code ยง 17C-5-110(2), the Plan becomes effective 30 days after the date of this notice (the 10th of March, 2026). 4. Right to Contest: For a period of 30 days after the Effective Date, any person may contest the Plan or the procedure used to adopt the Plan if the Plan or the procedure fails to comply with the requirements of the Limited Purpose Local Government Entities - Community Reinvestment Agency Act (Utah Code Title 17C). After the expiration of this 30-day contest period, no person may contest the Plan or the procedure used to adopt it for any cause.
