PUBLIC NOTICE; hereby given that the East Duchesne Culinary WID Board of Trustees will meet in a combined Working and Regular meetings on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, beginning at 7:00 PM at the Duchesne County Event Center at 60 West 400 South in Duchesne, Utah, for the purpose of discussing the following:

- Discussion & Consideration of Yearly Open Meeting Certification
- Discussion & Consideration of Minutes of February 11, 2026
- Review Of Budgets, Bank Statements, Payroll, Invoices, Etc.
- Review Of Usage for Crescent Energy/Javelin Per Contract
- Update From Forsgren Engineer Jason Broome/Skyler Cozzins on Various Projects for The District
- Updates From District Manager

- Consideration Of Updated Items from District Manager
