- In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted the following ordinance on March 9, 2026: Ordinance 26-09, Approving a Monetary Contribution of Up to $6,000 to the Canyon Rim Citizens Association for the Canyon Rim Cares Event. The ordinance required a study in accordance with Utah Code Ann. ยง 10-8-2, setting forth an analysis and demonstrating the purpose for the appropriation, which was conducted on February 17, 2026.
