- Notice and Agenda Plain City General Plan Kickoff Meeting The Plain City Planning Commission and City Council will convene in a work meeting Thursday, March 12, 2026 in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall - 4160 West 2200 North, which meeting shall begin at 6:45pm. This meeting will also be accessible via ZOOM. The agenda shall be as follows: Welcome: 1. Approval of Planning Commission Minutes for March 3, 2026 2. Discussion: Project Overview: 1- Introductions 2- General Plan 3- Land Use Code 4- Priorities + pain-points' with the current plan + code. If we have time items to discuss 5- Consultant questions from early documents review and legislative session. Early maps FYI- 2026 Legislation Adjournment: The City of Plain City in compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act provides accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those citizens in need of assistance.
