NOTICE OF A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE SPECIAL SESSION MEETING March 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM ________________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Development Review Committee will hold a Development Review Committee Special Session meeting on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. [IGNORE_INDENT] 1. CALL TO ORDER/INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. CONSENT ITEMS 2.1. Approval of the January 22nd, 2026 Development Review Committee Meeting Minutes 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.1. Chair and Vice-Chair Re-election The Committee will nominate and then elect a new chair and vice-chair position for the remainder of the 2026 calendar. 3.2. PLANPLAT26-0015 Subdivision - Final Plat Holdaway Fields - Phase 2b 4. WORK SESSION 4.1. PLAN26-0003 Site Plan Huntsman Cancer Institute Vineyard Clinic and Research 5. STAFF AND COMMISSION REPORTS 6. ADJOURNMENT The next regularly scheduled meeting is March 19th, 2026. This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a committee member to participate electronically. The public is invited to participate in all public meetings.
