Review and approve minutes from the meeting held January 8, 2026. No meeting in February 2. Review, discuss and approve any maintenance issues on equipment or ground. A. Discuss, review and approve the bids for the grass fertilization of the cemetery. B. Discuss, review and approve the new contract with Top Tier Yard Care. C. Discuss, review and approve the new contract for Clint Barney. D. Discuss, review and approve the new contract for Paul Versey. E. Discuss the date for replacing the filter for secondary water before it is turned on. 3. Other Business or concerns from members of the Board or the public. 4. Adjourn.
