d. For the food? Food truck talked to Nate to do the ice cream and will talk to other food trucks. Hopefully we will be able to lower the prices to $5 by reducing prices from the celebration budget.

8. Upcoming Projects 2026
a. Paul: RAPZ filled out by next month, Christmas needs to think outside the box going to plant a pine tree. Youth Council will be starting again. Town Hall door not closing and windows need replacement or adjusting.
b. Mark: Looking good.
c. Colette: Working with youth. February dinner with seniors on the 28th.
d. Rayslyn: Can Utilities to go digital. Shantrell will look into that. 2700 W potholes keep getting bigger. They have been filled with gravel can we do anything about this? That's the state road.
e. Mayor: Looking into updating town water meters so they can be read automatically. At last check Water Meters for the town would be $75,000. There is some possibility of grants.

i. Planning and zoning is not responsible for evictions that is the town board's job. After it is sent to the board we approve and then it is sent to the attorney then to the sherif. And with evictions they should have 6 months
ii. Sid's scale could be set up as a non-permanent structure, and they are talking to the attorney to see what is classified as a permanent verse non-permanent. There is an appointment to go over this with our attorney.
10. Mayor's report
a. We are going to rebid the 2400 from church down to bridge for Cog.
b. Will be putting up a few road signs.
